Refund policy


At A.S.K., we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purse, bag, or leather goods, please review our return policy below:
1. **Eligibility for Return**:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags still attached.
2. **Return Process**:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at BNOTANXIOUS1566@COMCAST.NET to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please include a copy of your online receipt and any relevant order information in the return package.
3. **Shipping Returns**:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. **Refunds**:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. **Exchanges**:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
6. **Final Sale Items**:

7. **Defective or Damaged Items**:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
